If you've customized your Shopify URL and are unsure how to connect your store to Chat Breezes, this guide is for you. 

By following these simple steps, you can ensure a seamless integration, regardless of your URL customization.

Step 1: Log Into Your Shopify Account

Begin by visiting the Shopify website and logging into your account. Ensure you're entering the credentials for the account associated with the store you wish to connect.

Step 2: Access Your Account Details

Once logged in, navigate to the top right corner of the Shopify dashboard. Here, you'll see your account name. Click on it to reveal a dropdown menu with various options.

Step 3: View All Stores

From the dropdown menu, select "All Stores." This option will take you to a page listing all Shopify stores associated with your account. 

If you manage multiple stores, this step helps you identify and select the specific store you want to connect to Chat Breezes.

Step 4: Identify Your Shopify Store Name

Under each store name listed, you'll notice gray text displaying a URL format, which typically looks like "" 

This URL is your Shopify store name. Even if you've customized your store's primary domain, the Shopify system still recognizes your store by this original URL format.

Step 5: Connect to Chat Breezes

Enter the Shopify store name (the "" format) into the designated field. 

Follow any additional prompts to authorize the connection between your Shopify store and Chat Breezes.

Once the process is completed, your store will be successfully connected to Chat Breezes. 

This integration allows you to leverage Chat Breezes' features to enhance your store's customer service and overall management capabilities.
