Look no further – Chat Breezes' Automation Feature is here to make your social media engagement more efficient and personalized.


Navigate to Chat Breezes' Automation Module.


Click "Create new rule".

Choose between creating your own rules or using predefined templates:

1. General Rule Setup:

  • Select Conditions: Tailor your automation rules with various conditions such as: 
    • the social media channel (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, LinkedIn)
    • specific social profiles
    • keywords
    • message types
    • or contact information (email, phone number, order history).
  • Define Actions: Automate responses by specifying actions like
    • replying in comments
    • sending direct messages
    • marking interactions as done
    • adding tags
    • personalize your responses using variables, 
    • set up sequences to reply regularly.


  • Publish or Save as Draft: 
    • click the "Publish rule" button to make a rule live, 
    • or "save it as a draft" to amend later
    • remember, you can always revise a live rule by clicking "edit" beside the rule


2. Facebook/Instagram Post Comments:

  • Select Profiles and Posts: Choose the Facebook or Instagram social profiles and specific posts to apply the rule.


  • Input Keywords (Optional): Trigger automation with keywords; comments with specified keywords will be executed, or execute all comments under the posts.


  • Define Actions: Set up actions such as
    • replying in comments, 
    • sending direct messages, 
    • marking interactions as done
    • adding tags
    • personalize responses with variables, 
    • establish sequences for regular replies.


  • Publish or Save as Draft:
    • click the "Publish rule" button to make a rule live
    • or "save it as a draft" to amend later
    • remember, you can always revise a live rule by clicking "edit" beside the rule

Monitoring Automation Rules:


From the automation dashboard, view essential information about your automation rules, including the number of conditions and actions in the rule and how many runs the rule has executed.
