When it comes to engaging with your audience on Chat Breezes, the reply feature offers a spectrum of options to make your responses more diverse and efficient. 


Let's dive into some exciting choices:

1. Emoji Selection:

  • How to Use: Express yourself with a wide range of emojis by selecting the ones that suit your response.


2. Product Catalog Integration:

  • For Users who have Shopify Stores or Manual Catalogs: Click the cart icon, and a window will display your product catalog. 
  • If you have multiple stores, easily choose the desired one for sharing product links.

3. Quick Replies:

  • How to Use: Input frequently used words or sentences as quick replies. Save time by avoiding repetitive typing. 
  • You can also personalize existing quick replies by adding more content.

4. Upload Documents:

  • Options: Upload images or videos to enrich your responses with additional resources.

5. Add Link To Direct Messages:

  • Only applied to Twitter Non-DM Messages
  • Feature: Use the "Add Link to Direct Messages" button to seamlessly invite people who contact you in public to private messages.
6. "Two-Way Actions: "Switch to Private Messages" or "Switch to Comments" 
  • Only applied to Instagram and Facebook Comments
  • Feature: Use the two-way button to seamlessly invite people who contact you in public to private messages.
