Inbox Overview

The Inbox Module is where you can view all conversations with your Contacts/Leads and interact with them when necessary. 

You can access this module from the top navigation menu.

Unprocessed: 

• The Unprocessed folder serves as a central hub for all incoming conversations that you haven't addressed yet. Designed to help you keep track of what needs your attention, this feature ensures that nothing slips through the cracks.
• To clear messages from the Unprocessed folder, simply review or respond to them and use the 'Mark as Done' option.

All Messages:

• In the All Messages folder, you'll find a comprehensive list of all your conversations, both incoming and processed. This folder offers an overview of your entire message history, allowing you to track and manage your interactions effectively. 
• You can also utilize "Show Sent Messages" filter to customize whether you want to see sent ones or not. 

Saved Messages:

• The Saved Messages folder provides a convenient way to store conversations that you want to revisit later. By marking a message as saved, you can easily access it whenever you need it. 
• This feature is particularly useful for keeping track of important information or follow-up tasks.

Filter Options:

Whether you want to filter messages by date, tag, social profile, or message type, these options make it easy to manage your conversations more effectively.

Action Buttons:

• Each message card in the Inbox interface comes with various action buttons at the bottom right corner. 
• These buttons allow you to perform actions such as liking, replying, tagging, or saving conversations. By utilizing these features, you can streamline your workflow and stay organized.

Multi-Select Feature:

For even greater efficiency, try our 'Multi-Select' feature, which enables you to select multiple conversations and mark them as done in one go.
