In today's business environment, many people run their stores on WooCommerce. When potential customers ask questions, you may want to share product links directly within the conversation.

Instead of copying and pasting links manually from WooCommerce to Chat Breezes, there's an easier way to do this. You can sync the products in WooCommerce Store to Chat Breezes' custom store!!

Follow the steps below to streamline the process.

Step 1: Create a Custom Store on Chat Breezes:

  • Go to Channels.
  • Select Custom Store.
  • Create a Custom Store.

Step 2: Set Up on Make.com:

  • Create or log in to your Make.com account.
  • Navigate to Scenarios and create a new scenario.
  • Select WooCommerce "Watch Products" as the trigger.
  • Copy your WooCommerce Consumer Key and Consumer Secret to Make.com.You can refer to the WooCommerce article to learn how to get the consumer key and secret from the WooCommerce dashboard.
  • Select the type of products you want to sync to Chat Breezes.
    • Adjust settings such as product status. For example, selecting "status" as published means products in draft status won’t sync to Chat Breezes.
    • Note: The default product sync limitation is set to 1. Revise this limitation to avoid sync restrictions.
  • Choose where to start the sync.
    • By default, WooCommerce selects "From now on," which means only products created after setting up the scenario will trigger actions in Chat Breezes. If needed, change this setting to include older products.
  • Select Chat Breezes' actions:
    • "Create a Custom Object Record" if you don’t have the same product in your created manual store.
    • "Update a Custom Object Record" if you want to update existing products in your created manual store and you want to update them.
  • Check Chat Breezes' online help documents to copy your Chat Breezes API key to Make.com.
  • Select WooCommerce variables to fill in Chat Breezes' fields:
    • Choose the workspace where you create Chat Breezes' custom store.
    • Select the custom store where you want the WooCommerce products to appear.
    • Map the following fields:
      • Product name
      • Price
      • Product link (Choose "Permalink" instead of "External URL")
      • Product pictures: Note that Chat Breezes' manual store supports only one picture per product to keep it clean in conversations. Manually input the picture number between the brackets. For example, I select picture 1 as an example.
      • Fill in other variables as needed.
  • Run the Scenarios

That's it!

By following these steps, you can seamlessly share product links in your conversations, enhancing customer interaction and making your workflow more efficient.

Since WooCommerce and Make.com have their own webhooks, Chat Breezes does not have in-depth knowledge about their specific webhook functionalities. If you encounter any issues with your scenarios, please contact the Make.com support team.
